300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g fine sugar

To make the Cocktail (yields 850ml, to serve 10)

Preparing the Premix: Mix the specified liquids in a large bottle, leave to sit for one hour, then strain preferably using cheesecloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.

For serving: Measure 85ml of your cocktail base into your mixing glass filled with ice, and stir carefully for a minute until cold. Pour into a chilled martini glass or similar, top with some cranberries and complete it with a quick spritz of mandarin oil over the top.
